Calibratrice - Grader
La Calibratrice viene utilizzata per la calibratura e la
pulizia delle piante delle bietole da seme. La macchina è costituita da :

una tramoggia: su cui vengono scaricate le piantine ancora da
pulire e da calibrare attraverso un caricatore |

1° vaglio: i tondini sono posti a una distanza tra loro tale da
trattenere le piantine più grandi e da far invece cadere le piantine più
piccole nel 2° vaglio |

2° vaglio: i tondini ovviamente sono più stretti tra loro, ma il
funzionamento è il medesimo: le piante più grandi vengono trattenute,
mentre quelle più piccole cadono a terra e costituiscono lo scarto. |
La macchina funziona collegata al trattore per mezzo di due tubi idraulici.
Lo scuotimento della macchina è quello che consente alle piante di muoversi ed
è anche fondamentale per la loro pulizia. La Calibratrice può
essere dotata di ruote posteriori per gli spostamenti da una zona di lavoro
all'altra.
The Grader is used for sorting and cleaning seed beet plants.
This machine is made up of:
| a hopper (which plants are dumped into by a feeder to undergo cleaning and
grading) |
| 1st screen: the first screen rod irons are spaced out in such a way as to
retain the bigger plants and drop the smaller plants down to the second
screen. |
| 2nd screen: the rod irons are obviously more tightly packed here, but they
operate in the same way: the bigger plants are retained, the smaller plants
are dropped to the ground and will be rejected. |
The machine works off the tractor connected with two hydraulic pipes. Machine
shaking enables the plants to be fed on and, most importantly, cleaned. The Grader
can be equipped with rear wheels to travel from one work area to the next.
